Crab fishcake served with lime mayonnaise and Asian slaw.

Goats cheese fritter served with a pear and walnut salad.

Devilled mushroom on toast served with a mixed leaf salad.


10oz Welsh sirloin steak served with vine tomatoes, mushroom, dressed watercress and hand cut chips.
Peppercorn* or Stilton* Sauce

Free range chicken supreme wrapped in bacon served with sauteed potatoes, stem brocolli and a lemon and thyme jus.

Slow roasted welsh pork belly serve with mustard mash, buttered kale and an apple and cider jus.

Welsh Lamb rump served with fondant potato, maple roasted parsnips and carrots, served with a rosemary jus.

Seared fillet of seabass served wiht new potatoes, samphire and a capers and parsley butter.

Wild mushroom risotto served with dressed rocket and parmesan cheese.
