King Prawns sauteed in garlic, chilli and chorizo.

Crab and spring onion fishcake served with dill mayonnaise and watercress salad.

Goats cheese, peanut and honey croquette served on a beetroot salad with chilli jam.

Ham hock pressing served with a free range poached egg and wholegrain mustard mayonnaise.


10oz Mature Rib-Eye steak served with onion rings, glazed cherry tomatoes, per las toasted mushrooms and hand cut chips.

Sweet and sour organic chicken supreme served with fresh charred pineapple, fondant potato and pak choi.

12oz Welsh pork chop served with a black pudding fritter, caramelised red onion mash and an apple cider jus.

Welsh Lamb rump served with sweet potato mash, a maple syrup parsnip fritter, minted peas and red wine jus.

Pan-fried seabass fillet served with crushed new potatoes and leeks, braised fennel, topped with a tomato and red pepper concais caviar.

Per las and leek linguine served with watercress salad and homemade bread.
